Cultural Day!!!

Cultural Day at Pinehill School was AMAZING!  





We started they day wearing our cultural costumes...
Then two parents came in and read some stories from different cultures.
Muhans mum read "The Lotus Lantern"

Ruths mum read South African Nursery Rhymes.

Then is was time for the parade and shared lunch...

    Dear Pine Hill,
    I really enjoy your posts. Cultural Day is a really special day in my opinion. As I saw all of the clothing and food, I was like wow! That is super! ( How many dishes were there by the way?)

    Our school in Vermont does a whole week of cultural study every year and this makes me think of our week as well. I'm glad to see it occurs all over the world. Cute costumes.
